When you go for a job interview, there are many thing they tell you and you tell them during the job interview. However, there are just two things that matters on your part.
1. Your uniqueness…What makes you stand out from the person they just interviewed or the person coming after you?
Sell yourself.. Let them know that you are a person of value and can add value to their organization
2. An understanding of their organization.. You have to tie this to the first answer… demonstrate an understanding of the company… talk about something like their corporate vision or culture… then tell them that are an ideal candidate to help the company achieve its goal(s).
Interviews are often more about attitude than aptitude. Believe in yourself and with God on your side, you’ll surely shine!
