Worry Thoughts can be recognized by at least one of these features:
You thinktoo muchabout a problem, to the point that it interferes with other activities. Thinking so much about the problem makes it difficult to be with family or friends, enjoy entertainment or concentrate on work.
You imagine theworst possible outcome of the problem, mentally magnifying the negative possibilities and ignoring any possible positive outcomes. This kind of thinking is known as “catastrophizing.”
