Ejigbo landlord in trouble for mistreating female tenant

A landlord, Baba Olukoya has been captured by the police for assaulting his female inhabitant, Glory over her failure to raise N3,000 to pay lease to him as he was similarly bankrupt and required cash to eat.

As indicated by PM Express, the occurrence occurred at Chris Idowu Street in Ejigbo, Lagos where they dwell. It was learned that Olukoya had gathered lease which had not terminated before he ended up noticeably broke and required cash to purchase nourishment and beverages.

Baba Olukoya turned vicious on Glory when he requested for the cash on the condition that she will deduct it when she will pay her rent.

In any case, Glory frustrated Olukoya disclosed to him that she was similarly searching for cash to eat and her rent had not terminated. In outrage Olukoya conveyed a little iron bar and hit Glory’s hand and it got swollen and she was rushed to a hospital.

The issue was accounted for to the police at Ejigbo Division and Olukoya was captured and taken to the station.

At the police headquarters, the landowner begged the police that he didn’t assault the lady with typical eyes as he was eager and required cash to eat.

He offered to treat the lady which will be deducted from the house rent and guaranteed to keep up peace with his occupants.

The police at that point discharged him on authoritative safeguard and requesting that they return after treatment to know the result of the treatment and settlement.
