Employers should make sure that employees going to work for the first time should be given basic health and safety training in their specific line of work. Whatever behavior is appropriate for your line of work, then the proper safety procedures should be taught especially to new employees. Taking regular breaks is important in any job. Standing up and walking around, drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of water, or simply looking outside the window can help you relax a bit form your work and this can help you be comfortable and enjoy your work day. People who suffer from sore backs and necks are those who simply sit down the whole day without taking time to stand and stretch out a while.

You can talk to your boss about your back and neck problems especially if it is affecting your productivity at work. Or, you can take up a hobby like yoga or pilates. Make sure that you have plenty of fresh air. You should protect your eyes by not making your computer monitor too bright. The reason why you sometimes have headaches is because of eye strain from a very bright computer screen.

Work stress is sometimes responsible for having high blood pressure which can put you at risk of a heart attack. You need to take a break when you feel stress. It helps to go outside for some fresh air to take the stress out of your head. You can drink tea of some water. Just remember that you health is really more important than your job. Those suffering from anxiety or depression should see a doctor.
